*"I acknowledge every detail of my crime, and I have no regrets about my actions."* Two years ago, a fire engulfed the New Dawn Home for Children, leaving behind a single survivor—a child bearing scars of unspeakable abuse. Despite the damning evidence, the court sided with the abuser, a wealthy heir named Lee Ikjoong. Unable to save the child, Dr. Han Jaeyoung was left with no choice but to watch her return to a life of torment. But when Jaeyoung stabs Ikjoong to death, he feels no remorse. With the help of his mentor, Dr. Choi Taekyung, Jaeyoung escapes conviction under a plea of self-defence. Resigned to leaving his medical career behind, his plans change when the charismatic CEO Jae Woojin offers him a position at Seonggyeol Hospital. *"If you come work for me, those kinds of people won't be able to harm you so easily because I take care of my people."* Though reluctant at first, Jaeyoung finds himself drawn to Woojin's relentless persuasion. Finally succumbing, he steps into Seonggyeol Hospital—a decision that will entangle him in a web of temptation, power, and justice. **Original Webtoon:** [Ridibooks](https://ridibooks.com/books/4116003816), [Bomtoon](https://www.bomtoon.com/detail/Sweet_Poison), [Lezhin](https://www.lezhin.com/ko/comic/sweet_poison_), [Naver Series](https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.naver.com/comic/detail.series?productNo=11881119), [MrBlue](https://www.mrblue.com/webtoon/wt_000067031), [BookCube](https://www.bookcube.com/toon/detail.asp?webtoon_num=250045), [Blice](https://www.blice.co.kr/mw/detail.kt?novelId=92056) **Official Translations:** [English](https://www.lezhinus.com/en/comic/sweetpoison), [Spanish](https://www.lezhin.es/detail/sweet-poison)
