Chungwon, a narcotics officer, goes undercover to stop 'Pink Out,' a new drug emerging in Korea. During the operation, the main dealers slip away, leaving behind only a 21-year-old youth named Yeong. Even though every test comes back clean, Yeong displays extremely poor social skills and strange behavior—acting as if he has been shut away and isolated from society his entire life. In order to lure information out of him and solve the mystery behind the drug, Chungwon decides to take the bewildered young man home, beginning a suspicious cohabitation.
