When the villainess dies, peace comes to the empire—and a sudden change sweeps through high society. The trend of political, strategic marriages abruptly ends, giving way to a new craze: "Romantic Love." Count's daughter Leila, an ordinary noblewoman who doesn't quite care for these high-society trends, suddenly receives a proposal from Duke Damian, the hero who ended the war and killed the villainess. However, Damian—a warrior completely unversed in the courtships of the "Romantic Era"—ends up giving her a deeply clumsy and embarrassing proposal. Intrigued by his earnestness, Leila accepts his proposal on one condition: "If you want to marry me, romance me properly first!" Thus begins the hilarious and heart-fluttering romantic journey between a completely unromantic war hero and a pragmatically minded noblewoman trying to navigate a romance-obsessed high society.
